Our Story
The Emporium opened its doors in 1954 on the sands of North Ocean Boulevard. What began as a single marble counter and a handful of flavors has grown into something rarer: a place that time has not rushed.
We still churn in small batches each morning. We still source from farms within a hundred miles. We still believe that the best things are made slowly and served without apology.
Every scoop carries the same standard it did on day one — because the people who visit us deserve nothing less than what we would serve our own family.
